Once you have filled out this form we ask that you accompany it with photographs and a personal commentary with the details necessary to locate the area and or the people involved (address, as specific as possible, province, name and surnames of the owner if you know them etc.), and your own details (name, contact number) for us to be able to send one of our eye witnesses.
NOTE: In the case that our judicious department cannot find grounds to prosecute due to lack of concrete evidence, you will not receive an answer due to the fact that we at the association are saturated but we do recommend that you contact your Ayuntamiento in cases of abandonment and with the Service de Protección de la Naturaleza de la Guardia Civil in cases of ill treatment. In our experience all it takes is a warning to the animals’ owners from either one of these institutions to resolve the problem.
